TreeCity Offices offers a dedicated Meeting Hub in building The Hill, operated by Element Offices. Here you’ll find five fully equipped meeting spaces designed to make every meeting run smoothly.

Each room comes with rock-solid wifi, audiovisual tools (ClickShare & Polycom) and HD screens – everything you need to connect, present, and collaborate without hassle.

Opening hours: 08.00 – 17.30

Tenant benefit: Tenants of TreeCity receive a discount on booking meeting rooms. To make use of the spaces and your discount, please request an appointment with Element Offices via servicedesk@treecity.nl.

Chestnut Room

The Chestnut Room is filled with natural light and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect choice for board meetings 
or management sessions, where privacy and focus are essential. Comfortable seating and a calm ambiance make it an excellent setting 
for important discussions and decision-making.

Located at the heart of the Meeting Hub, the Sequoia Room is a spacious and versatile environment for semi-formal gatherings. Bright and energetic, the Pine Room is defined by its playful yellow design and tribune-style setup. This room is ideal for interactive sessions such as workshops, presentations, or group brainstorms. The tiered seating invites engagement and creates the right energy for group participation.

The Cedar Room is the largest and most flexible meeting space in the hub. With room for up to 40 participants, it can be arranged in different layouts – from theatre style for presentations, to U-shape for discussions, or small islands for teamwork. A multifunctional space where you can truly shape the meeting to your needs.
